Data and MATLAB code for "Unbiased Estimation of Conditional Covariance for Quantum Optomechanics"

This record contains the experimental data and MATLAB code associatedwith the manuscript "Unbiased Estimation of Conditional Covariance forQuantum Optomechanics." The archive includes the original measured detector record, sixanalysis-ready preprocessed intervals used in the primary analysis, andMATLAB scripts for reproducing the three-trajectory covariance analysis,the no-time-domain-filter robustness analysis, and the parameter-spacebias and entanglement calculations. The preprocessing implementation used to generate the six derivedintervals is not included. The preprocessing parameters, data provenance,file formats, execution instructions, and reproducibility scope aredocumented in the accompanying README.md.
