Additional file 1. The ImageJ/FIJI macro package for visualization of the lineages using the tracking data and the lineage movies. The macro package allows visualizing the track on top of the lineage movies, finding a given cell by the lineage name or the reference ID name, changing colors of a given cell, its descendants and/or ancestors.
