Gut microbial communities of gilthead seabream after an IMT from Atlantic salmon

After the intestinal microbiota transplant from Atlantic salmon to gilthead seabream, two separate groups were held for 36 days; one group provided with gilthead seabream diet (GSB diet) and a second group provided with salmon diet. Samples were collected at 2, 7, 16, and 36 days post-IMT. A third group that had been fasted for 17 days after antibiotic treatment was used as an internal control.
