To investigate the related effects of genotype, long-term memory, and brain circuity, we compared Fmr1-null and wildtype (WT) transcriptomes (n=23) after evaluating 1-week memory for an active place avoidance or yoked training,issue from the supra- and infra-pyramidal blades of DG were compared because the memory training causes persistent changes to synaptic function in supraDG but not infraDG.
