Genetic requirements for Mycobacterium abscessus survival of linezolid

This study examined gene essentiality in Mycobacterium abscessus under treatment with the antibiotic linezolid. These data are raw TnSeq sequencing reads from a genetic screen in a clinical isolate of M. abscessus treated with linezolid.
