The involvement of oomycete communities in Iberian oak decline symptoms was assessed at a Spanish dehesa. Quercus suber and Q. ilex roots were studied with regards to their associated oomycetes using cox2 metabarcoding. Subsequently, oomycete communities were linked to environmental parameters.
