Atmospheric amines emission inventory and global Modeling

This is the dataset to support our paper title of “Global Modeling of Atmospheric Amines: Sources and Sinks ”. The dataset comprises three zipped files containing the specialized model source code, the developed emission inventory, and the resulting global simulation output, all based on the Community Earth System Model (CESM) version 1.2.2 (IMPACT aerosol module) with an offline radiative model: Model code.zip: Contains the source code for the IMPACT aerosol module, which was integrated as an additional aerosol module within CESM version 1.2.2, available from the NCAR repository. emission_inventory.zip contains global gridded emission inventories for three atmospheric amines (methylamine, dimethylamine, and trimethylamine) . The inventory includes emissions from seven source categories: agriculture, chemical industry, residential, transportation, biomass burning, and ocean sources. concentration.zip contains climatological monthly mean atmospheric concentrations of three amines (methylamine, dimethylamine, and trimethylamine) simulated using the Community Earth System Model. Each file contains 12 monthly mean values averaged across multiple simulation years.
