Expression of fragrance-related transcripts in Abaxial layer of petal and sepal of Vanda Mimi Palmer. Abaxial layer of Vanda Mimi Palmer

Abaxial layer of petal and sepal of Vanda Mimi Palmer were pool together and followed by total RNA extraction. The total RNA was then subjected to polyA+ mRNA isolation and followed by transcriptome cDNA library preparation using ScriptSeq™ v2 RNA-Seq kit. The constructed transcriptome library was further subjected to Next Generation sequencing using MiSeq Illumina platform.
