收藏资源简介:
This dataset originates from an empirical study titled "Enhancing Customer Satisfaction in E-Commerce: The Mediating Role of Customer Engagement in the Relationship Between Personalization, Service Quality, and Customer Experience." The primary objective of this research is to examine how online marketplaces maximize consumer satisfaction. Specifically, it investigates the mediating role of customer engagement in connecting service personalization, service quality, and the overall customer experience to understand how digital platforms can foster long-term user loyalty. Empirical data was collected through a quantitative survey targeting 302 active e-commerce users in Indonesia. To analyze the structural relationships, the study utilized Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS. This repository contains the complete statistical outputs, including path coefficients, outer loadings, model quality criteria (reliability/validity), and bootstrapping estimates, compiled in a .xlsx format. To ensure strict ethical standards, all participant identifiers for the 302 respondents have been fully anonymized. This dataset is shared publicly to support research replication, cross-study comparisons, and to contribute to the academic literature on digital marketing and online consumer behavior.
