This is a database prepared from all Ensembl transcripts (from all known and predicted genes) from Drosophila melanogaster. I used it to annotate microarray probes for the Bryk et al (2017) and I also use it to teach how to run a local BLAST. The tutorial accompanying this database is available at github.com/jarekbryk/localblast.
