Data from Cambrian SPICE sections in Virginia and Maryland USA

This dataset includes geochemical data, thin section data, and R code used to characterize a set of carbonate rock samples from Clear Spring, MD, Bane, VA, and Lebanon, VA, USA. Geochemical data includes carbonate carbon and oxygen isotopes. Thin section data includes point counting results and fossil presence/absence results. R code details the process used to identify changepoints in carbon isotope data.
