PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber body accumulation device and a sheet production device that can prevent uneven thickness of a web from occurring. SOLUTION: A fiber body accumulation device is characterized in: having a dispersion part to disperse a material containing fibers， a belt to accumulate the dispersed material， and a suction part that is disposed on the opposite side of the dispersion part of the belt; that the dispersion part has a storage part having a screen， a feed part to feed the material to the storage part， and a rotor， which is disposed in the storage part and agitates the material fed into the storage part， and is communicated with the inside and the outside of the storage part and has a communication port disposed at a different position from the screen.
