PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative member having excellent adhesion between a transparent acrylic resin layer and a colored olefin resin layer， i.e.， an upper substrate and a lower substrate. SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 13， which has a colored olefin resin layer 136， a pattern ink layer 135 provided on the side of a surface 136a of the colored olefin resin layer 136， a dry laminate adhesive layer 134 provided on the side of a surface 135a of the pattern ink layer 135， an anchor coat layer 133 provided on the side of a surface 134a of the dry laminate adhesive layer 134 and a transparent acrylic resin layer 132 provided on the side of a surface 133a of the anchor coat layer 133. The pattern ink layer 135 contains a polycaprolactone-based urethane resin consisting of polycaprolactone polyol and isocyanate. SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
