ATP synthasome contributes to efficient energy flux in malignant breast cancer

In this study, we investigated the molecular mechanisms of cancer metastasis using the JC mouse mammary tumor model. We performed high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on the parental cell line (JC-P) and its highly metastatic derivative (JC-M3). Three biological replicates were sequenced for each group using the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform. This dataset aims to identify key differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with enhanced metastatic potential.
