Epigenetic profiling of DNA methylation, histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation and histone H3 lysine 9 trimethylation at imprinted gene clusters in the mouse. Overall design: Imprinted control regions were identified by comparing DNA and histone methylation patterns between sperm, heart and cerebellum.
