This large compressed object contains eight numpy files reporting 5,313 Enformer predicted tracks for about 22,000 cis fine-mapped variants on GEUVADIS gene expression phenotypes (https://www.nature.com/articles/nature12531). Track predictions are made based on providing the Enformer (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-021-01252-x) with sequences centered at the gene Transcription Start Site.
