Starting from isolation and activation on Day 0 and CAR transduction on Day 1, T cells were cultured for 7 days. On Day 7, the cells were subjected to a fluid shear stress of 5 dynes/cm2 for 1 hour, collected, and then returned to culture for an additional 5 days until Day 12.
