Gene expression profile at single cell level of BM MNCs and NK/T cells from CCUS patients and healthy donors

To evaluate whether a dysfunctional immune phenotype could contribute to the maintenance of CCUS HSPCs, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing analyses of heathy donor and CCUS bone marrow (BM) mononuclear cells and dissected the intercellular crosstalk between each BM population BM MNCs and NK/T cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting and analyzed using scRNAseq.
