A Salmonella challenge poultry study was conducted to test efficacy of phage cocktail SPFM10 and SPFM14 in reducing Salmonella colonisation. The study was for 35 days and over the course of the study feacal samples were conducted. From these samples DNA was extracted to determine the impact of phage therapy on the chickens microbiome.
