The text mining of electric vehicle users’ comments for improving marketing directions and problems of the public charging pile service

The data about EV users comments on using the public charging pile service (Chinese language), which was collected from charging stations in the TELD Application (https://www.teld.cn/App/DownLoad, accessed on 16 September 2022). A total of 24,694 pieces of data were collected. Each piece of data includes the name of charging station, user name, vehicle brand, score, comment time and comment content.
