This supplementary file includes three tables (Tables S1–S3) that provide detailed information supporting the systematic review: Effect of maternal prenatal and postnatal emotional well-being on early childhood development in children under three years of age: systematic review. Table S1 summarizes the general characteristics and design features of the included studies, including study period and developmental domains assessed. Table S2 details sample characteristics and the instruments used to assess maternal emotional well-being and early childhood development. Table S3 presents a methodological synthesis of the included studies, reporting measures of association, main findings, and final interpretations. All references cited correspond to the bibliography of the main manuscript.
