PSX Networks (KSE 100 Index)

This repository contains a dataset, network files, and accompanying R scripts for conducting a Social Network Analysis (SNA) of corporate board interlocks in Pakistan, focusing on the KSE 100 Index: the top 100 companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) by market capitalization. The dataset captures a snapshot of board memberships and interlocking directorships between 9th and 12th November 2024, sourced entirely from publicly available records. It includes detailed information on companies, sectors, board members, gender, and network edges representing shared directorships. The repository also includes fully reproducible R scripts used for data cleaning, network construction, centrality analysis, and visualization. These scripts enable researchers and analysts to replicate or extend the study using open-source tools.
