Single-cell transcriptomes of CD27- or CD27+ ESLAMSK hematopoietic stem cells under homeostatic conditions

Single-cell RNA-seq of CD27- or CD27+ hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) isolated from 8-week-old wild-type mice Overall design: Cells were first isolated from bone marrow of 8-week-old wild-type mice(LSKCD150+CD48-CD201+, ESLAMLSK), single hematopoietic stem cells ((LSKCD150+CD48-CD201+, ESLAMLSK) were then sorting based in expression levels of CD27 (CD27- or CD27+) and processed for STRT-seq (single-cell tagged reverse transcription sequencing) to generate high-resolution transcriptomic data.
