Papaya SunUp is a genetically modified variety in Hawaii which is obtained by transforming its host Sunset to resist PRSV virus. Despite the wide use of Biolistic transformation, little is known about its effect on the cell's genome. Here we uploaded two papaya genomes of SunUp and Sunset and the related data.
