Electrical stimulation accelerate Wallerian degeneration and promote peripheral nerve regeneration.

To investigate the mechamism of electrical stimulation in the regulation of wallerian degeneration after peripheral nerve injury, we prepaired 3 samples for each group to ensure these data's quality. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of each group. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for electrical stimulation and non-electrical stimulation for injured nerve.
