Comparison of commensal bacteria among mice different synthetic diet and normal chow.. mouse gut metagenome

To examine the difference in the gut microbial community in the mice fed different synthetic diet or normal chow under developing collagen induced arthiritis. We performed 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) amplicon sequence analysis of the fecal sample in comparison with those of wild type mice (n = 5-10). The V3 and V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced using MiSeq 600 cycle v3 kit (Illumina).
