Our goal is to characterize the role of an oncogenic lncRNA (lncEPAT) that mediates the integration of the dysregulated EGFR pathway with H2A deubiquitination in glioblastoma tumorigenesis. Overall design: GSC23 cells were transduced with sh-Control and sh-lncEPAT lentivirus and selected with puromycin. The RNAs of tumor cells were obtained and Affymetrix microarrays was performed to explore consequent gene expression pattern change.
