资源简介:
########################################################################################## Analyses of Yan et al., Plant acquisitive strategies promote resistance ######################## and temporal stability of semiarid grasslands ###################################################################################################This file contains both the code (i.e., R files for Figures 2, 3, and 4) and the source data (in .csv and .RDS formats, including key intermediate datasets). We have endeavored to clarify everything, but minor details may still be inaccurate. If you have any questions about the details of this analysis, please feel free to contact the author.1. STUDY TITLE--------------Plant acquisitive strategies promote resistance and temporal stability of semiarid grasslands2. AUTHOR INFORMATION---------------------Pu Yan School of Biological Sciences, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA Email: pyan40@gatech.edu 3. DATA SOURCES---------------This study involves two datasets: 1) **DuoLun Observational Data** (used for Figures 2 and 3) - Collected from the DuoLun Station - Includes temporal changes in plant community species composition 2) **Grassland Transect Survey Data** (used for Figure 4) - Based on a large-scale grassland transect survey across China - Contains plot-level plant functional traits and ecosystem stability 4. NAMING CONVENTIONS---------------------- **Figure2, 3, and 4.R**: Main text files containing model-running code and visualization scripts- **DuoLun_data.csv** Data from the DuoLun experimental plots, used for analyzing trait–stability relationships and running Bayesian models - **DuoLun_bayes_results.csv** Outputs from the Bayesian models fitted to the DuoLun data - **DuoLun_cover_list.RDS** Contains species composition and cover data from the DuoLun experimental site (2005–2010). Used to analyze changes in community-weighted mean (CWM) trait composition between drought and non-drought years. These shifts are presented in Figure 2 as *CWM Drought* vs. *CWM Normal*. - **DuoLun_traits_list.RDS** This dataset contains in situ, species-level trait measurements collected from the DuoLun experimental station.- **DuoLun_CWM_Normal_Drought.RDS** CWM values for normal and drought years - **DuoLun_Shift_Normal_to_Drought.RDS** Results of bootstrapping, including confidence intervals for changes in CWM between drought and normal years - **Transect_Data.csv** Plot-level data (n = 80) from the grassland transect survey, used to analyze trait–stability relationships with Bayesian models - **Transect_bayes_results.csv** Outputs from the Bayesian models fitted to the transect-level data - **Transect_bayes_results_site_level.csv** Outputs from the Bayesian models fitted at the site level for the transect data - **Raw_Data folder** The Raw_Data folder contains the original data, which we are sharing in accordance with ELE's latest data-sharing policy.
