Transcriptome sequencing analysis in glioma cells up- or down- regulated by lncRNA H19

To investigate the role of lncRNA H19 in glioma, transcriptome analysis was performed on H19 overexpressed, knocked down, and control groups in U87MG and A172. Overall design: Transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed in three groups: a group in which H19 was overexpressed, a group in which it was knocked down, and an untreated group.
