This project encompasses faecal samples collected passively from 15 colonies of Myotis emarginatus in Southwestern Europe. Samples were collected during the breeding season of 2020 with the aim of describing the temporal and spatial patterns of dietary variability and composition. All samples were extracted using Qiagen DNeasy extraction kit, and amplified using primer set FWH1 (Vamos et al., 2017). Sequencing was performed in Illumina MiSeq.
