Isolation by Environment in Lava Flow Lizards. Crotaphytus collaris, Sceloporus cowlesi, Urosaurus ornatus

This study investigated the levels of genome-wide divergence associated with adaptation to lava flows. The library includes individuals of three species of lizard, with individuals on the lava flow (putatively melanistic in coloration), and off of the lava flow (for comparison).
