Transcriptome dataset for: The ESCRT protein CHMP5 restricts bone formation by controlling endolysosome-mitochondrion-mediated cell senescence

This original dataset was generated from transcriptome analysis of Chmp5-deficient versus control skeletal progenitor cells in the paper. The purpose of the experiment was to identify differentially expressed genes in Chmp5-deficient versus control periskeletal progenitor cells, which were obtained from Chmp5Ctsk and Chmp5Ctsk/+ mice, respectively. It includes data for 3 replicates (cells from 3 different animals) in each group.
