Assembly and comparative analysis of the first complete mitochondrial genome of Ficus carica Linn.

Our aim is to determine the complete mitogenome of F. carica and analyzed its gene content, repetitive sequences, RNA editing sites, selective pressure, and phylogenetic relationships.
