MSMICA head-to-head algorithm comparison and external validation datasets

This repository includes the data input and outout of the MetDNA2, MetDNA3, MSMICA, and xMSannotator algorithms in the same dataset (CHDWB HILIC+, a longitudinal human study with plasma samples collected) and their metabolite identification validations, as well as the data input and output of the MSMICA algorithm in the external metabolomics datasets and their metabolite identificaiton validations.To reproduce the validation results, run the scripts in the "Scripts" folder. Note, paths within each script need to be changed based on your working directory.
