Note: Cp, the average clustering coefficient of all of the nodes in the brain network; Cprand, the average clustering coefficient of all of the nodes in the Malslov rewiring random networks; γ = Cp/Cprand, Lp, the characteristic path length of the brain network; Lprand, the characteristic path length of the Maslov random networks; λ = Lp/Lprand; and σ = γ/λ. All of the results of the random networks are the average of 15 random networks, with the standard deviations given in brackets.
