Minutes of the 75th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 16 February 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the January meeting, adopted the 2021 work programme, and reviewed progress on WLIC 2021 planning. Key governance decisions included endorsement of the final Rules of Procedure, approval of regional allocations and country caps, and establishment of a Transition Committee to oversee nominations and elections. The Board also discussed the timeline for the IFLA Handbook and reviewed outcomes from the Extraordinary General Assembly. A decision flow model for future meetings was introduced. An executive session followed.
