Tibetan sheep resequencing

The study chose Zhashijia and plateau-type Tibetan sheep as experimental subjects, excavating the genetic basis affecting the variation of body size traits in Tibetan sheep and exploring the regulatory network mechanism of phenotypic variation. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for molecular marker-assisted selection and breeding growth traits in sheep in China.
