Bolen Human Sigmoid Colon Protein CosMx Dataset

This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset: Title: "Bolen Human Sigmoid Colon Protein CosMx Dataset". Description: NanoString CosMxTM human sigmoid colon protein 64-plex dataset exported from Atomx for downstream analysis spatially resolves up to 64 proteins (CMx Hs IO Panel Protein Kit: CAT# 121500010). We picked two 0.5mm fields of view (FOV) per sample. This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual.
