研究目标：明确执行DNA环挤出功能的SMC复合体是以对称模式还是非对称模式进行环挤出，并针对黏连蛋白（cohesin），探究NIPBL的替换是否会影响其环挤出的方向变化。研究类型：采用纯化蛋白开展DNA环挤出的单分子体外重构实验。数据采集方法：采用HiLO显微镜（HiLO microscopy）进行数据采集。数据类型：.tif格式图像文件。鉴于原始数据体量较大，本数据集仅包含数据存储位置的索引指针。
