MGPP: code, anchor libraries and planning records for model-grounded process planning

Version 1.2 of the data package of the paper "Open solution space, closed constraints: an agent architecture for model-grounded process planning with large language models". All files of version 1.1 are included again unchanged except README.md, CITATION.cff, MANIFEST.sha256, work/mg/real_plan/d2mi/run_verify.py, work/mg/cmp_ds_p105521.py, the RUN_RECORD.md files of 14 run directories and work/mg/anchors/K_table_sha256_map.json. Version 1.2 adds the records written for the manuscript: the D2MI variant P105521_it10 with its anchor library and its DeepSeek v4-pro run; the _e2 revision of the D2MI shop-floor plans and their verifier outputs; the record of the D2MI run under verification protocol v1.3; the re-decisions of 316 plan-variant pairs on the 33 variants of the NIST variant list; the citation index over the 208 archived plans of the DeepSeek v4-pro arm and the re-decisions of the plans it returns for these variants and for the 32-entry K table (for the latter, 11 of the 20 archived plans on CTC-05 and ind_housing); the rows of the injected-fault test of protocol v1.3 and the tables of the re-verification under protocol v1.2.4 of the runs on the NIST parts and the two industrial parts (rows on in-house test parts and on the authors' reference plans are given as counts; 14 of the 501 released rows are on runs whose records are not in this package); the system prompt of the text-only arm B1 and the section that arm B2 adds to it; the routing of the failed items of protocol v1.3 to the owners of their carriers on the 110 single runs of the DeepSeek v4-pro query-view arm (mg-route 1.3.1); and the current revision of the authors' evaluation protocol (a working document). README section "Version 1.2" lists the files and the corrections.
