An integrated hydrologic connectivity and flow pathway method for delineating matrix, piston and preferential flow regimes

This dataset includes soil physicochemical properties and dye-staining experimental data under six land use types: dry farmland, alfalfa grassland, coastal mud flat, natural broadleaf forest, artificial rubber forest, and alpine meadow. Measured variables include bulk density (BD), NCP, field capacity (FC), sand/silt/clay, saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks), and BFC, among others. The dye-staining data provide dye coverage, stained area perimeter, and BFC across multiple soil layers with replicates. These data are suitable for analyzing the effects of land use on soil structure and water flow behavior.
