一、概述
本数据集包含了黄河上游及其周边地区1952年至2011年的年值气象数据。标准站数据包括38个要素,平均本站气压、极端最高本站气压、极端最高本站气压出现日、极端最高本站气压出现月、极端最低本站气压、极端最低本站气压出现日、极端最低本站气压出现月、平均气温、极端最高气温、极端最高气温出现日、极端最高气温出现月、极端最低气温、极端最低气温出现日、极端最低气温出现月、平均气温距平、平均最高气温、平均最低气温、平均相对湿度、最小相对湿度、最小相对湿度出现日、最小相对湿度出现月、降水量、日降水量≥0.1mm日数、降水距平百分率、最大日降水量、最大日降水量出现日、最大日降水量出现月、平均风速、极大风速、最大风速、极大风速之风向、极大风速之出现日、极大风速之出现月、最大风速之风向、最大风速之出现日、最大风速之出现月、日照时数、日照百分率。

数据以整数形式存储,温度单位为(0.1℃)值,降水量单位为(0.1 mm),以ASCII码文本文件存储。
