DAL Current Development Activity List App-Website

This application is a map-based tool which provides up-to-date, detailed, searchable information on development activities in the city. Data is updated directly from the city’s building and permitting system, TRAKiT. This newly rebuilt mapping application features an address or project search along with filters for project types. A simple map click or tap opens a results box that clearly lists all related projects for a parcel, as well as attached documents and upcoming neighborhood meetings, if applicable. There is a simplified mobile version for visitors using smartphones and tablets.
