An incubation chamber has been designed to isolation ultra-long DNA from bacterial samples. The quality of the DNA has been documented by Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) MinION sequencing. This repository documents the sequencing results obtained for Klebsiella pneumoniae GT1 (DSM 12082) and for a bacterial isolate isolated from the microbiome of Micrasterias papillifera ACOI 247.
