Bold text indicates the RE is shared between the paternally provided and DBP responsive samples, blue text indicates the DBP responsive RE was associated with the baseline to crossover (B1H or H1B) comparison and red text indicates the DBP responsive RE was associated with the crossover to crossback comparison (HB2 or BH2). Paternally provided indicates samples in which the fivefold paternally enriched and twofold paternally enriched REs were obtained.
