Intron coordinates of in six marine diplonemid genomes

This dataset contains genomic coordinates of introns identified across six marine diplonemid species: Artemidia motanka, Namystynia karyoxenos, Sulcionema specki, Lacrimia lanifica, Diplonema japonicum, and Rhynchopus humris. These organisms exhibit a wide range of intron structures, including a high prevalence of non-canonical introns in some species.
