The Lipid Nanoparticle Cytotoxicity Database (LNPCD), is a resource that aggregates cytotoxicity measurements for 1,413 ionizable lipid formulations drawn from 11 high-throughput combinatorial studies. Each record pairs a machine-readable SMILES representation of the ionizable lipid with its measured viability endpoint and the associated experimental descriptors, including cell line, dose, and assay type. LNPCD is also available for easy viewing at lnpcd.pages.dev.
