CoAP DDoS Amplification Traffic Dataset from an SDN-Based Hybrid Defense Testbed (Dataset I)

Dataset I provides packet- and flow-level measurements from four experimental scenarios that exercise an intelligent CoAP proxy and an SDN controller under benign-only, proxy-only, hybrid, and rate-evading attack conditions. For each CoAP request, the dataset exposes the raw traffic features (timestamps, IP/UDP headers, CoAP method and path), the seven scoring factors and their weighted risk score, the decision taken at each of the six stages of the defense pipeline, and the final enforcement outcome at the data plane. This structure allows other researchers to reproduce the reported detection and blocking rates, recompute amplification factors, and develop alternative scoring or mitigation strategies on top of the same CoAP DDoS amplification workload.
