We performed the single-cell analysis to characterize estrogen regulation in ER-positive breast cancer using patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model (named SC31). Overall design: Following a treatment that lasted 6 weeks using Placebo and estradiol (E2) (1mg) pellet, SC31-PDX tumors were harvested and digested into a single-cell.
