201222_Pinus. Pinus thunbergii

The RNA-seq data were collected from Pinus thunbergii seedling roots grown under the tempreature gradient (8, 13, 18, 23, 28 °C) and 8 h day/16 h dark condition controlled in a growth chamber. The seedlings were planted in autoclaved Mikawa silica sand for two months after seed germination. The study goal is to develop an algorithm for prediction of the temperature condition using the associated transcriptome information. The RNA-seq data came from 60 RNA samples, of which 30 samples were used for training data for prediction model construction and the remaining were used for validation of the predictivity of the constructed model.
